Pharmacist team

Monjinder Panaser is our in house practice pharmacist. He advises on new and existing medications and liaises with the doctors, nurses and practice manager concerning efficient prescribing patterns to ensure we prescribe appropriate medications.

Seema Sikka and Kamalpreet Parvaz are our CCG pharmacists. They assist us in following local prescribing guidelines.

 

Practice Manager

Jason Hayer is the practice manager. He joined our practice in Oct 2020 and has extensive previous experience in management roles.

 

Assistant Practice Manager

Ali Brain is the assistant practice manager and clinical administration manager. Her duties include core administrative management, quality of care reviews, and IT management and supporting the practice manager in core duties to run the practice

 

Other Management

 

Adam Noble manages the service company of the Anchor Meadow Management Ltd but is also currently in a management development role. He also submits claims via CQRS, Website Design and Social Media.

 

Reception

Angela Kelly the Office Manager, and is able to deal with patient's first line queries. 

The other reception team members are: Abigail Coombes, Beth Capener, Jayne Davico, Liberty Sadler, Samantha Wilcock, Zoey Dean, Koshalya Devi and Carli Baldwin.

All our reception staff are here to help you. They have extensive knowledge of the facilities and services available. If you are unsure about anything, do please ask. If you wish to speak in private please ask to do so.

 

Administrators

Karen Hewitt is responsible for insurance company/medical reports, all patient registrations, summarising, carers co-ordinator and coordinates the palliative care meetings.

Julie Macey and Sheena Williams are trained to summarise clinical records.

 

Practice Nurses

Sallyann Ward is the lead practice nurse. Her team consists of Pam Zabawa a Nurse Practitioner, Laura Hussellbee and Lynsie Thomas our practice nurses.

They run various clinics including asthma, COPD, diabetic, well woman/well man, coronary heart disease and anti-coagulation monitoring.

 

Healthcare Assistant/Phlebotomist

Jackie Hopkins and Katie Friend support the nursing team by helping with blood tests, dressings, blood pressure checks, heart tracings, vaccinations.

Kathryn Millington is an experienced phlebotomist who undertakes the majority of blood tests. 

 

Medical Secretary

Our medical secretary, Christine Bailey, deals with all the doctors' referrals, as well as liaising with the hospitals and specialist clinics. She is also secretary to the Practice/Business Manager.

 

 

General Practitioner Registrars And Students

Our practice is a training/teaching practice. Our registrars are fully qualified Doctors and have a great deal of hospital experience. Registrars are attached to our practice for 12 months and usually become General Practitioner partners or Salaried GPs in another practice after completing their training. They are at all times encouraged to seek advice when required from the practice partners.

We are also fortunate to have medical students attached to our practice. If you do not wish to have a student present during your consultation please inform the reception staff prior to seeing the doctor.
