As usual fantastic service following my e.consult. Reception staff kind curtious and professional very helpfull. Dr Ladak again fantastic treatment. Very professional I had appointment same day with him and appropriate treatment given very understanding lovely doctor! great bedside maner ! I now have to face the weekend without medication. On Wednesday I requested a repeat prescription for three items. I received two text messages from the pharmacy and went to collect them on Friday. NONE of them are wha tI asked for or needed. Th eonly item supplied was an inhaler I was instructed NOT to take! I have no inhaler and no blood pressure medication despite highlighting the problem to the receptionist who told me she would action it today (Frida) Negligent and unacceptable.

Sorry to hear this. I agree this is not acceptable. I'm not sure where the problem occured as I have no details who you are. But I hope this is all sorted now.

My visit, appointment with Dr Lad was exceelent. Dr Lad, was patient (I wear hearing aids) helpful, very thorough with my examination, felt in good hands. Impressed with notice, update board, information regarding doctors waiting times !

Really good. Thankyou to the doctor for listening to me and referring me, so hopefully have a better quality of life.

I would like to express my feelings about the telephone system. Firstly having to call back in the afternoon if there are no appointments in the morning, this takes up my time but more importantly the reception teams time, blocking the phone system when it already is difficult to get through. Secondly having to call back to book routine appointments if there are none available in the coming 2 weeks.

This is a long standing issue in primary care. If we allow everyone to book appointments in the afternoon when they call in the morning...then what are the patients in the afternoon meant to do. There are just not enough doctors in the NHS to help all the patients quickly enough. We do allow patients to book 3 weeks into the future for routine appointments. It used to be a 2 week limit into the future, but we had feedback asking us if we could extend it to 3 weeks. All that happened is that the extra week that we opened up got filled up instantly. Now patients are asking up to open up after 3 weeks. Supply and demand is just not steady.
