Well done. From XX. Very good - nurse Laura very professional. Was given a flu jab after mentioning going to make appointment. Very pleased and would like to say the way Portland work - very organised and speedy. Have used e-consultation twice - since March 21 I took photo's, each time I was given a face 2 face. Also had a telephone consultation which lead to a hospital appointment. Minor operations resolved. Dr Harrison - Dr Flenley & Nurse Laura. Receptionist all very nice.

XX wanted to thank Dr Saeed for all his help last wee; the antibiotics have helped a lot.

Lovely customer service from Emma the receptionist. Nothing was too much trouble and she didn't rush to help. She got water for my daughter and was a warm welcoming face!

XX wanted to say a BIG thankyou to Dr Sokhal, he did a referral for her to the manor and she managed to have surgery within 3 weeks. She is very impressed with quick service and said Dr Sokhal saved her life.

XX's daughter was very impressed with the service when she brought her mother in for a diabetic chck. She said she struggles to get in touch with her own practice so we must be doing something right. From XX

XX would like to thank everyone at the practice. She attended the covid hub on Sat 2md Oct and she thought it was very well organised and efficient and this has been true for each vaccine she had so far. She also wanted to praise the practice for how well its handled it operations during the pandemic.

Would like to say thank you for your prompt attn to change of meds for my husband. Phone call to home + prescription sent to pharmacy was really appreciated + very helpful. Thanks again.

Very happy with today outcome. Saw a very competent well mannerd nurse that knew exactly the right action to take and has taken the care to book another appointment to check how I'm doing.

Nursing team are always friendly and give a great treatment.

Sorry you could not get through. Yes, it can be quite frustrating when other people are also ringing at the same time to get help. Unfortunately there are only a limited number of phone lines we can have coming into the practice. We will look into this issue, to see if anything can be done.

Not good. Waited 1/2 hour for help. XX - woudn't come out to see me and mum on reception needs help with work flow.

Sorry about this. If there are issues with work flow you would normally let the reception staff know, and they will pass to the relevant person. We wouldn't usually have staff come out to you (they wouldn't be able to do their job if they were ordered to come out to speak to patients at their request). Thank you.

Excellent visit today. All on time and nurse Kathryn as lovely as ever! Really happy with the care and service we have received as a family right through lockdown and pandemic. Thanks to all staff!

I think this practice is really badly run. You can't see a GP, you can't even talk to one quickly. When you ask for a service it doesn't get done, i.e. patient access to records. I want an appointment with the practice manager please. Phone me on xxxxxxxxxxx. From XX

Very very good, I saw Dr Sagoo about moles on the face which were worrying me, he was wonderful and very assuring so all my worries were sorted. I must add I've always been very well looked after by all the staff at Portland and Thank you very very much. From XX.

XX called to thank Dr Harrison for the text message last night about her bloods. She said she appreciated the information.

Great ! Came for blood test. Quick, painless, very friendly. Had to speak to reception again - very polite & friendly.

Prescription wrong again. XX said she sorted it. Now wrong dosage + 2 drugs missing. Cant keep coming back forth - service terrible. Formal complaint. From XX xxxxxxxxxxx

Sorry. Sounds like we have messed up your medication. Not ideal at all and totally understandable you are not impressed. Appologies again. Note: this is not how you go about doing a formal complaint. Please see our website or ask reception for that process.

From XX. Very Happy with the way flu clinic was organised. Was happy that he was called in to have it earlier instead of 12.50 as it would have spoiled his day.

XX. We are all wonderful. She is blessed to have a wonderful surgery like this and wishes her daughter had one as well. Daughter lives in Lichfield and has to go to Cannock hospital to see a doctor.

XX 90yrs old, saw Laura today. He said he can not fault the practice and he says we sort everything before it becomes a problem. He thinks we are fantastic.

XX - excellent service as always.

XX's son XX is very grateful for all the support given to support his dad. that's Dr's nurses and reception staff. Sepcial thinks also to Dr Harrison who rang to see how XX was doing.

Over the past 6 months I have been treated for a serious wound to my right leg. The treatment has been administered in a very friendly and professional manner by the medical staff at Portland Medical Practice. Primarily the treatment was given by Pamela Zambawa and Lyndsey Thomas and I would liek to thank the for their patience and skill. From AA.

Very Happy with surgery, lovely bunch of girls on reception. Went for covid vaccine today very happy with how it was run and felt very safe.

A pt said Dr Hasan - very helpful and caring.

I haven't visited the surgery for over a year so I was a little apprehensive when I arrived but Laura the nurse really put me at ease and discussed all of my concerns/issues at put me at ease, thank you Laura.

Have been with Portland Medical Centre since 1990. Have always had a good positive experience. All the Doctors are so kind & caring. From the time you book an appointment to seeing the Doctor everyone is so kind & helpful. I saw Dr Ladak today & Debbie on reception & it really was first class. Keep it up - you are all super stars!! From XX.
