Reasonable Adjustments
If you feel your needs requires a reasonable adjustment please speak to our reception team who will be happy to assist you in this.
Examples of a reasonable adjustment could be -
•Easy read leaflets
•Large font leaflets
•A British Sign Language Interpreter
•Wheelchair accessibility
• Offer of an appointment at ground floor level
• To be seen with your Carer or support
•Struggle to wait in a busy waiting area
We have reserved disabled access car parking spaces near the front door. Wheelchair access is available throughout the building. Our patient services are provided at ground floor level. A disabled patients’ WC is provided on the ground floor.
If access proves difficult to any of our disabled patients we would be happy to consider any suggestions for improvement.
