Very Good = 129 – ‘Always looked after with great care. Nurse was very attentive and interested in my concerns. Thank you.’

Good = 25 – ‘Was seen quickly Friendly staff.’ 

Neither Good Nor Poor = 6 – ‘Still not sure I've sorted my health problem out yet although doctor was very pleasant ’. 

Poor = 5 – ‘I felt rushed and not given  a sufficient explanation about what was happening.’.    

Very Poor = 3 – ‘My appointment was cancelled without me being informed.’.

Don’t Know = 2 – ‘My appointment was cancelled by the practice ’.
