Very Good = Very Good = 340 – ‘HCA explained all the procedures and was very kind and pleasant’.

Good = 35 – ‘Doctor was helpful, informative and kind. Felt listened to rather than feeling rushed!’ 

Neither Good Nor Poor = 9 – ‘I had a 40 minute delay ’.

Poor = 3 – ‘Difficult to get appointment to see doctor’.        

Very Poor = 4 – ‘Appointment was cancelled by doctor 1 and half hours before I was due to attend’.
