Very Good = 282 – 'Treatment received carried out by helpful and polite people who made my visit stress free with a level of care that was excellent'.

Good = 27 – ‘Managed to book a non urgent appointment on line and was seen immediately when I arrived. Doctor was clear, helpful and informative'.

Neither Good Nor Poor = 4 – ‘Waited 35 min to be seen yet board said running on time'.

Poor = 3 – ’I came for a blood test which has left me with bad bruising’.       

Very Poor = 5 – ‘I had an appointment on 8th July at 13.15, arrived 10 minutes early and registered on the machine. At 13:40 I still had not been seen’.

Don’t Know = 2 - 'The appointment was cancelled by the doctor last week’.
