Very Good = 148 – ‘Appointment was on time. Doctor was sympathetic and helpful.’

Good = 16 – ‘Doctor and staff were fantastic ’.

Neither Good Nor Poor = 4 – ‘Very difficult to get an appointment’.

Poor = ‘Doctor was off sick and another two weeks wait for an appointment’.        

Very Poor = 2 – ‘Can't get an appointment till two weeks time’.
