Very Good = 282 – Appointment on time. Doctor was efficient and thorough. Sent for a referral which arrived the following day. Really pleased with the whole process.’

Good = 32 – ‘Bobbie-o was very helpful listened and then explained everything so I knew what was going on’.

Neither Good Nor Poor = 2 – ‘Try to get an appointment is terrible’.

Poor = 3 – ‘I think there should be a priority made for young children to avoid long waits at A&E’.      

Very Poor = 5 – ‘Waited 30 minutes past my appointment time of 9am’.

Don’t Know = 1 – ‘The appointment was cancelled online’.
