Very Good = 168 – ‘Doctor was excellent, extremely thorough. A lot of questions were asked to diagnose my condition'.

Good = 18 – ‘Dr was very thorough and reassuring in his manner at the appointment’.

Neither Good Nor Poor = 5 – ‘Sally was very professional regarding the test I required’.

Poor = 1 - 'Doctor was 7 minutes late for work'.
