Very Good = 190 – 'Dr Lad is supportive, sincere and a brilliant Doctor'.

Good = 23 – ‘Always a good experience at Portland'.

Neither Good Nor Poor = 3 – ‘It was on time and satisfactory, which I have come to expect with your surgery'.

Poor = 2 – ’Appointment was cancelled by text 2 hrs before which I had not seen’.       

Very Poor = 4 – ‘I am very disappointed that I have to wait 8 days for an appointment’.
