Very Good = 132 – ‘I was treated really well by a very pleasant professional nurse, polite and very helpful'.

Good = 20 – ‘I was seen on time. I was given time to explain my issue and felt that I had been heard and understood’.

Neither Good Nor Poor = 3 – ‘I was there for almost an hour late appointment and then with students for half an hour (who were actually very nice)and saw a doctor for about 4 minutes’.

Poor = 0

Very Poor = 3 - Appointment you cancelled on the morning

Don’t Know = 3 - 2 – ‘My appointment was cancelled by the practice, due to Dr. calling in sick'.
